Proper Decision

What is the proper role of a political representative? Should a rep vote and speak on behalf of the majority within his/her constituency (with the means of determining "majority" undefined and possibly invalid)? Or should s/he be free to vote based on personal conscience, believing that voters chose him/her to do just that?

Drugs? We Aint Got No Stinkin Drugs

Simple question: Should illegal drugs become legal to use (recreational)? AS always, explain yourself - any limits or requirements?

Slavery

Would you rather be a slave-owner or a slave? Consider all aspects of either role; what you can do and what you have to put up with on a regular basis. As always, think and explain.

Fame or Fortune?

While walking home, you see a zombie pop out from behind a tree. You see "it" holding a bloody arm. After the initial shock, you come to your senses and remember what you have learned in Romo's class. Zombies are slow - you have time. Damage the brain and you eliminate the threat. As you look around for a weapon, another person walks buy, trips, and is about to be eaten. You quickly step in, swing your book-heavy backpack at the zombie, and save the other fool from being dinner. You are granted one choice - either immediate and eternal fame or unlimited wealth. Which would you choose? Explain why.

Climate and Labor

Which type of climate do you prefer? Warm or Cold?

For our second one of the day, indicate which type of intensive labor you would prefer to carry out during your lifetime: physical or mental?

Love or Money?

Simple question: Love or Money? Which is more important to you? Consider needs versus wants. If you would prefer, break it down into a percentage. For example, if both are equal, you would indicate 50/50. As always, think, discuss, decide, and defend.
